Often times when clients send me their after photos I secretly wish it was my home. That was most definitely the case with this beautiful Northern New Jersey condo with..uh hum... views of Manhattan from the balcony! It's always amazing to see how cosmetic changes go a long way. This condo opened up and removed a few walls, but it's mostly finish upgrades. Changing a stairway, adding crown molding, new paint, flooring, lighting and tile goes a long way.
