I'm trying to set a goal to wake up a bit earlier. I want to wake up before my kids to create, journal, read and pray. Things are so peaceful in the morning and I think starting your day with calm can keep the rest of the day on that track. I recently got up early one morning to do a quick sketch of my own kitchen remodel. I have been my worst client with this project. I keep changing my mind and the layout. I think I have finally landed on a kitchen layout we can love and that feels right. I honestly haven't felt this way about any of our other ideas. I want the kitchen to face our back woods and have a deck extending off the back. I want the kitchen to feel like your outside in nature. Here is the quick sketch I just sent to the cabinet company.
