!Happy New Year! 2016 was amazing for Decorator in a Box. I want to give a huge thank you to all our amazing clients. You truly make me love my job. We finished the year off right by welcoming a new little family member Estelle Rose on November 28th. She is already 1 month old! We couldn't be more in love. Her big sister Nora is an amazing help. Nursery designs have always been my favorite, so I could not wait to get to work on hers. I just had to share her girly and preppy style Nursery with you all. It began with a Rifle Paper fabric I found. The one you see on the window seat. After I found it the blue and pink color scheme just fell into place. Here is Estelle's nursery ready for lots of memories to be made with a side of sleepless nights. Here's Nora and Estelle getting snuggly on the window seat. This was the vision board for the space. Things evolved as I started shopping. I knew I wanted to paint a French dresser I had navy blue. I also knew I wanted some abstract modern art above the crib. Oh and I just fell in love with those Caitlin Wilson plaid pillows. Here are the Rifle Paper fabrics that inspired the design. Later on I will show you Nora's bedroom that I used the other floral fabric for. I can't wait to design more style and financially savvy spaces for you all in 2017! Let's start to decorate. I'm ready to hear all about your project.
Xo, Annie
