I have been working on a remodel in Minneapolis this Summer. I initially started working with the developer and builder for this home to be a model. They sold it in the early stages of construction. I then switched gears to begin working with the homeowner to adjust the design more to their personal style. I love how it has evolved. It started as a modern design and transformed into something more classic with a hint of modern. Here is a sneak peek at the powder bath and mudroom vision boards. The first one was my initial vision and the second is how it evolved to the homeowners personal style.  They are  two very different styles, but I love them both. Much more to come as this house gets built.
