Unit Model Update in Dallas!

 It has been such a pleasure to work with The Gables in Dallas! If you have never heard of The Gables they are a national company. They have apartment building's all over the country that are always in the best locations in the city. The rent is fairly priced for having these great locations.  Over the past year Decorator in a Box has been creating designs to update some of The Gables model units. This recent project is located right off of the Katy Trail in Dallas. The mission was to update the model to reflect the more modern style of the young professional who rent these units. It's amazing how the power of an updated model can keep your building rented and full. A lot of future tenants don't have the vision to see their furniture in a space. That is where Decorator in a Box steps in to create a design to help your future tenants visualize themselves living in that space. Property managers have enough to keep track of. Here is a sneak peek at this cost effective design. I utilized some of the old models existing furniture making the most of their budget. I can't wait to see how it all comes together!
